Guidelines for Attending Events Organized by LLC “Expodeal”

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. These Guidelines govern the admission of visitors to events (including exhibitions, conferences, and other events, each hereinafter referred to as an “Event”) organized by the Branch of Türkel Fuarcılık Anonim Şirketi (Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) 9909065805, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), and establish the rules of conduct for Event visitors.
1.2. Visiting the Event is permitted only after the visitor has read and agreed to these Guidelines.
1.3. Visitor rules established by the management of the exhibition complexes hosting the Event apply insofar as they do not conflict with these Guidelines.

2. ADMISSION

2.1. Upon the request of a representative of the Exhibition Organizer or security personnel, each visitor shall undergo security screening and personal inspection, including the inspection of hand luggage and personal belongings, in accordance with Federal Law No. 35-FZ of March 6, 2006 “On Countering Terrorism”, Law of the Russian Federation No. 2487-1 of March 11, 1992 “On Private Detective and Security Activities in the Russian Federation”, Moscow City Law No. 45 of November 12, 2007 “Code of the City of Moscow on Administrative Offences”, the Recommendations of the Expert Council under the Moscow City Duma Commission on Security “On Additional Security Measures in Places of Mass Gathering” dated February 4, 2011, and Federal Law No. 150-FZ of December 13, 1996 “On Weapons”.
2.2. Entry to the Event requires a badge identifying the visitor’s full name and, where applicable, the organization represented.
2.3. A badge may be obtained in one of the following ways:
2.3.1.

Printed independently after registering as a visitor on the Event’s official website;

2.3.2.

Collected at the registration desk upon presentation of an invitation or VIP invitation issued by the Organizer. A valid ID must be shown when presenting a VIP invitation.

2.4. Получение бейджа в случаях, указанных в подп. 2.3.2 настоящих Правил, возможно только при условии передачи представителю Организатора заполненной и подписанной анкеты посетителя. Бланки анкеты находятся на стойке регистрации на Мероприятие.
2.5. Accredited media representatives receive a badge after completing the accreditation procedure described on the Event’s official website.
2.6. The Organizer may grant the right of group admission to the Event to students of профильных higher and secondary vocational educational institutions on dates designated by the Organizer. Such persons shall be admitted to the Event only when accompanied by a representative of the educational institution and on the basis of a participant list certified by the administration of the educational institution and approved in advance by the Organizer.
2.7. Entrance to the Event is only through turnstiles designated by the Organizer and/or the exhibition complex administration. Visitors must scan the badge barcode to enter.
2.8. Visitors are prohibited from transferring badges to others. The Organizer may verify that the name on the badge matches the visitor’s ID and may request identity documents.
2.9. If a badge is lost, visitors must contact the registration desk for a replacement.

Attention! Registration and a badge are mandatory for all visitors to access the event.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS

3.1. Visitors under 18 may attend only when accompanied by an adult, unless otherwise stated in 3.2.
3.2. The Organizer may impose age restrictions in accordance with the Federal Law “On Protecting Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and Development” (No. 436-FZ of December 29, 2010). Such restrictions will be indicated on the Event website, registration desks, tickets, and promotional materials with the appropriate information symbol.
3.3. Entry to Events labeled “18+” is strictly prohibited for persons under 18. If there is doubt about a visitor’s age, staff controlling entry may request an identity document (including passports of foreign citizens or stateless persons in the Russian Federation) to confirm age.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT

4.1. Visitors must maintain public order within the exhibition complex and surrounding areas and follow lawful instructions from the Organizer and exhibition complex administration.
4.2. Visitors are prohibited from:
4.2.1.

Bringing firearms, gas, or cold weapons;

4.2.2.

Bringing explosives, flammable materials, fireworks, toxic or corrosive substances;

4.2.3.

Bringing or consuming alcohol, narcotics, or psychotropic substances, or entering while intoxicated;

4.2.4.

Entering with animals;

4.2.5.

Wearing outerwear indoors when cloakrooms are operating;

4.2.6.

Bringing food or beverages;

4.2.7.

Using bicycles, scooters, roller skates, or similar transport or sports equipment;

4.2.8.

Crossing internal roadways marked with solid lines outside designated crossings or walking along roadways;

4.2.9.

Engaging in actions that threaten property or the safety of people;

4.2.10.

Leaving children unattended;

4.2.11.

Creating obstacles to the movement of Exhibition participants; climbing on fences, parapets, lighting fixtures, exhibition equipment, load-bearing structures, or other installations; damaging exhibition equipment, decorative elements, or any other property and facilities of the Exhibition.

4.2.12.

Wearing or displaying signs, symbols, or other materials intended to incite racial, social, ethnic, national, or religious hatred, hostility, or discrimination.

4.2.13.

Making inscriptions, posting or distributing printed materials, posters, flyers, or conducting promotional activities without written consent of the Organizer;

4.2.14.

Distributing advertising for other events without the Organizer’s written consent;

4.2.15.

Holding unauthorized rallies, demonstrations, marches, pickets, promotional actions, or flash mobs;

4.2.16.

Begging or littering;

4.2.17.

Wearing soiled clothing or carrying items that could soil others or exhibits;

4.2.18.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, except in designated smoking areas.

4.3. If unattended items or suspicious objects are found, visitors must immediately inform a representative of the Organizer or a staff member of the exhibition complex.
4.4. Visitors must familiarize themselves with the fire evacuation plan displayed at the Event entrance.
4.5. In case of an emergency, visitors must follow instructions from the Organizer’s representatives and/or exhibition complex staff.

5. LIABILITY

5.1. A visitor may be denied entry or removed from the Event if:
5.1.1.

They lack a valid invitation or badge;

5.1.2.

They refuse personal inspection or inspection of their hand luggage and personal items:

5.1.3.

They attempt to bring prohibited items;

5.1.4.

They disturb public order or engage in begging;

5.1.5.

They fail to comply with these Regulations or the instructions of the Organizer or exhibition complex staff.

5.2. Visitors committing unlawful acts may be referred to law-enforcement authorities for administrative or criminal proceedings.
5.3. Any material damage caused to the Organizer, the exhibition complex, or Event participants must be compensated in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
