When and where will the exhibition take place?

How do I apply to exhibit?
Submit an application through the website form or contact the exhibition organizer directly. After receiving your request, a manager will clarify your participation format and offer available booth options.
What is the application deadline?
Applications are accepted until 20 May. We recommend applying early to secure the best booth location and take advantage of additional opportunities (fashion shows, business program, PR support).
Who can become an exhibitor?
Participation is open to companies in the outerwear sector: manufacturers, suppliers, brands, contract factories, distributors, and suppliers of fabrics, trims, insulation, and accessories.
Is there support for international exhibitors?
Yes. Foreign participants receive assistance with logistics, visa support, accommodation, and booth preparation. The organizing committee provides guidance at every stage.
How much does a booth cost?
Contact our managers by phone or email for the best offer, or submit an application and we will get in touch.
What does the registration fee include, and is it mandatory?
The registration fee is mandatory for all exhibitors. It covers overall exhibition security, lighting, cleaning of aisles and public areas, company logo placement in the online catalogue, and the provision of badges and a participant diploma.
Can I share a booth with a partner?
Co-exhibiting is possible with the Organizer’s approval.

How can I order extra equipment, internet, badges, parking, or cleaning, and when should I do it?
After your participation application is received, the manager will send additional forms for ordering services. Order early, as prices rise after the deadline.
Where and when can exhibitor badges be collected?
At the organizer’s office on site on the setup day.
When and where can I obtain original accounting documents?
Printed originals are available during the exhibition at the organizer’s office.
Can I give a presentation as part of the business program?
Yes, participation is arranged individually. Please email your request to manager@turkelmoscow.ru.
How is exhibit security handled? Can valuables be left at the booth?
General security is provided during the exhibition. Exhibitors are responsible for their own exhibits during pavilion hours, so staff presence is recommended. Individual security services can be ordered if needed.
Where can I find the exhibition management office during the show?
Its location will be marked on the official floor plan displayed on information stands.
Is on-site sales permitted?
Possible upon request to the Organizer.
Can we leave the exhibition early on the final day?
Removal of exhibits during exhibition hours is not allowed. The official move-out schedule is provided in the exhibitor documentation.
How many people can enter with one ticket?
Each ticket is valid for one visitor only and is non-transferable. Every attendee must register separately and receive an individual badge.
Will there be a business program?
Yes. Fashion shows, business sessions, supplier presentations, buyer meetings, and special projects are planned. Details will be published closer to the event.
What languages are used at the exhibition?
Russian and English are the working languages. Support for international participants can be arranged if required.
Do I need to register again if I can’t find my ticket?
No. If you didn’t download your ticket after registering, use the link in the confirmation email. A reminder email with the ticket will also be sent before the event. During the exhibition, you can visit the registration desk, where staff will locate your ticket and print your badge.
Where can I get a business trip confirmation stamp?
At the organizer’s office on site. The location will be indicated on all venue maps and navigation stands.
Is the business program free to attend?
Yes, it is free with a visitor badge
What are the exhibition hours?
June 23–24: 10:00–18:00
June 25: 10:00–17:00
How do I get to the venue?
LeShow 2026 takes place at Main Stage, Moscow. The nearest metro station is Volgogradsky Prospekt (10 minutes on foot). Metro stations, stops, and routes are listed in the “Contacts” section. Parking areas and driving directions are also provided.
Where can I find the list of exhibitors?

Can I enter the exhibition without a ticket?
No. Entry requires a ticket, available via online registration on the official website or on-site at the registration area.
How long is the ticket valid?
Your ticket is valid for all exhibition days.
How do I register multiple colleagues?
Each visitor must register individually; one email address can be used for one registration only.
What if I registered but didn’t receive the ticket by email?
Tickets are sent within 30 minutes. Check your spam folder. If still missing, contact technical support with the email address you used for registration.
What if I received the ticket but can’t print it?
Save the ticket on your smartphone and present the QR code at the entrance. You can also have the badge printed at the registration desk.
What if I lose my badge?
If a badge is lost, visitors must contact the registration desk for a replacement.
Which day is best to attend?
The exhibition is rich in interactive and business events. Plan for at least two days to cover all key activities.
Is a separate badge required for a child?
No, it isn`t
How can I get a ticket for the exhibition?
To attend LeShow, please register on the exhibition website. After registration, you will receive an electronic badge valid for all event days. Online registration takes no more than three minutes.
Which documents are needed to attend the exhibition?
You only need the badge you receive after completing online registration. An ID may be requested at the entrance to verify your details. No additional documents (invitation letter, business letter, etc.) are required.
Is parking available?
Paid parking is available on the Main Stage grounds. Entry is only through Gate 2. Copy the Gate 2 address (23 2nd Mashinostroeniya Street) and use it in your navigation app. The number of parking spaces is limited, so we recommend arriving early. Payment is made at the entrance on the day of the event.
Can I attend the exhibition with a child?
Yes, you can. The exhibition is rated 0+, so entry with a child is allowed. However, please note that LeShow is a B2B event intended for industry professionals. For safety and the business-focused environment, visiting with children is not recommended. Thank you for understanding.
Is Wi-Fi available at the exhibition?
Wi-Fi will be available in the Business Lounge area.
Is there a place to leave large luggage on the site?
The venue provides a cloakroom and a paid storage area for large items.
